Only specially accredited engineers are authorised to perform these jobs; most household electricians are not legally permitted to do so. Where such works are required, our installers will explain the next steps during their initial contact.

Electricity supply upgrades must be undertaken by your local DNO, and the time you may need to wait for this to happen is determined by the availability of DNO engineers. Powerverse cannot influence this.

The installation of an Isolation Switch is normally completed by your energy supplier, and you will need to contact them directly to organise this. The time you may need to wait for this to happen is determined by the availability of their engineers, and Powerverse cannot influence this. Some of our installers can arrange for a certified third-party to install an isolation switch for an additional fee, which could expedite your EV charger installation. We always recommend contacting your energy supplier first as many offer this service free of charge.
